Mercy Urgent Care Waynesville

After day three of a fever, I decided to go to urgent care and easily scheduled an appointment online for that morning. Instead of sending me home after neg flu and COVID tests, the NP ordered X-rays and diagnosed me with pneumonia. She let me lay down on the table and provided me with a blanket while I waited. Another staff member asked if I had someone who could care for me while I was sick. I appreciated the concern the staff exhibited when I was feeling so terrible, their kindness meant everything.

I was a walk in patient with no insurance who is unemployed. The lady at the front desk helped me so that I only needed to pay $20 for my visit, which was such a blessing. After filling out all the paperwork, I was seen within 5 minutes, and was given the necessary prescription. I am extremely happy with this place. Everyone was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this provider.

The staff was very respectful and professional. The clinic was very clean. The nurse practitioner had great bedside manner and took her time with me asking questions and doing her examination. I would recommend Mercy if you are sick.

Great docs — very thorough and helpful. The wait was not long and we were seen as soon as we were brought back. Highly recommend if you are sick and need to be seen same day with no appointment necessary.
